3 hours of free parking available onsite.

Format: Simultaneous exhibition - FM Lucas Yao plays all 20 opponents at once

Come back every Monday evening to play for free at our casual drop-in sessions

Time format: No clocks

Lucas moves from board to board, and you make your move when he arrives at your board
If you need more time to think, you may pass
A game is forfeit after three passes with no move played

Playing Area

No food in the playing area
All electronics capable of making noise, communicating, or playing chess must be powered fully off while playing
Please stay at your board once the simul begins - Lucas moves from board to board and a game is forfeit after three passes with no move played

Vancity Chess may film certain games throughout the event. We always ask players involved for their permission.
Photos by spectators are allowed for the first 5 minutes of the simul, but please be discrete and respectful to not disturb players
